Manish Agarwal is a successful entrepreneur with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, high growth enterprises, and global consulting organizations. He has served as a top contributor and advisor to government and commercial clients worldwide.

Previously, Manish was a founding member and President of Attain LLC, which was acquired in 2021. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Managing Partner at Unisys Corporation, overseeing its Asia Pacific business unit. Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at KPMG, where he led major strategic initiatives for clients across the public sector.

Manish is also passionate about health and economic equality, serving on the board of several prestigious organizations including the National Kidney Foundation, TiE DC, and Pardada Pardadi.

Jitesh is responsible for leading the company’s strategic directions, overseeing all aspects of operations and implementing its long and short-term goals. He is also accredited for leading the company through significant, double-digit growth year-over-year and building people-first culture with a focus on ensuring the direction of the company is communicated at all levels as well as providing an open environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas.

Jitesh joined Inadev in 2011 and rapidly transformed the IT staffing company into the leading technology solutions provider that it is today. With more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry, he has a proven track record of managing, developing and implementing complex enterprise software applications for federal and corporate clients nationally and internationally.

Jitesh began his career as a product quality engineer at Hughes Network Systems before diving into software development at organizations such as SRA International and Telispark (Deloitte spin off), where he honed his mobile development skills and was recognized for his leadership abilities. From there, Jitesh became more involved in the operational side of business, holding senior project management positions at global telecom companies Sprint Nextel and Verizon Business, where he served numerous Federal customers. Continuing in the Federal Government contracting space, he then joined Eye Street Solutions providing technical project management support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). After joining Inadev in 2011, Jitesh continued to support FEMA in addition to providing health IT consulting services to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

In 2015, Jitesh received SmartCEO’s Washington Executive Management Award for his leadership. He is also on the advisory board for The Channel Company, an organization dedicated to connecting and empowering technology suppliers, solution providers and end users, and is actively involved in its annual conference and community service day.

Jitesh’s passion for technology began at an early age. Throughout high school, he was intrigued by weekend jobs that would allow him to gain hands on experience, and held various internships while earning his master’s degree in information technology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Paul is a successful consultant and leader with more than 25 years of client transformation, using technology as a lever for change. He has served as a top contributor and advisor to government and commercial clients worldwide. With a strong emphasis on AI, advanced analytics, cloud engineering, and emerging technologies, Paul leads growth efforts for Inadev’s client portfolio, expanding the company’s impact across federal agency missions.

Paul brings more than 25 years of experience in technology modernization, digital transformation and enterprise systems delivery for the federal government. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President of Federal Consulting at Maximus where he led large scale modernization and security initiatives at both the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Prior to that, he was a Partner in the Federal division at Attain, contributing to major growth across civilian agencies.

Paul also served as the CIO, Office of the Secretary of Defense/Reserve Affairs, bringing modern approaches, and leading change. Paul’s career also includes sales and delivery roles at SAP and Hitachi Consulting where he oversaw the design and implementation of complex systems for agencies such as the National Passenger Railroad Administration (Amtrak), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and General Services Administration (GSA), National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) among others.

Naina Leo is a transformational executive and strategic leader with more than three decades of experience helping organizations navigate complex federal markets, accelerate growth, and deliver mission-focused innovation. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale business transformation initiatives, advised executive leadership teams, and built high-performing organizations that drive measurable results across the public sector.

With deep expertise across federal civilian and health IT markets, Naina has successfully guided organizations through strategic growth, operational transformation, and market expansion. She has led multi-million-dollar portfolios, shaped enterprise growth strategies, strengthened executive-level customer relationships, and delivered innovative solutions that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of government services.

Prior to joining Inadev as Managing Director, Civilian and Health & Chief Strategy Officer, Naina served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic Technologies, where she led strategic advisory, market intelligence, and growth initiatives supporting clients across the federal marketplace. Earlier, as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Maximus/Attain, she helped drive significant federal growth, securing more than $500M in contracts across agencies in the Civilian and Health sectors.

Naina has also held executive leadership roles at NetImpact Strategies, Octo Consulting Group, DRT Strategies, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and American Management Systems. Known for her ability to blend strategic vision with operational execution, she brings a collaborative and customer-centered approach to driving sustainable growth and innovation.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Naina is an active leader within the federal technology community. She previously served as President of the AFCEA Bethesda Chapter and continues to support multiple industry and advisory organizations focused on advancing technology and innovation across government. Naina also serves on the Board of Directors for the Women Veteran Interactive Foundation (WVIF).

Vikrant received his Masters from Purdue University in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Vinay has a Master’s degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas, Austin, followed by over 15 years of experience in high-tech industries and consulting with Motorola, On Semiconductor, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Business Consulting in the USA.

Vinay has also been an entrepreneur in several industries such as Manufacturing and Retail, and his experience in running companies drives his profitability-driven mindset for the client. Vinay enjoys long distance running and has participated in several half and full marathons.

Abhishek Goel serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Inadev India, where he is responsible for driving Inadev’s strategic growth and operational excellence. With over 25 years of industry experience, Abhishek leads initiatives to scale the India business, enhance service capabilities, and broaden Inadev’s market presence.

Abhishek has previously worked with TCS, Headstrong, and IRIS Software helping them build and grow their financial services area along with digital transformation practice.

He has previously worked with leading investment banks including Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital, and the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he successfully delivered low-latency, high-volume IT systems to clients around the globe. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and is an alumnus of the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.

Faaiz Tameem serves as the Managing Director, Chief Revenue Officer for Commercial Business at Inadev. In this role, Faaiz is leading the company’s revenue growth initiatives, market expansion strategies, and strategic partnerships. With a strong background in scaling businesses and driving profitability, Faaiz is focused on identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and strengthening Inadev as a leader in the ever-evolving IT services and digital transformation landscape.

With over 20 years of experience spanning consulting, business development, revenue strategy, and brand building, Faaiz has been instrumental in enabling technology solutions for financial services clients and fostering sustainable business growth. Before joining Inadev, he held leadership and management positions at Innover Digital, Iris Software, and Brillio, where he successfully scaled the financial services business and established high-impact relationships.

Roy is a seasoned Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Manager who has over 17 years of experience and expertise which ranges from small boutique staffing agencies, mid-tier organizations to large federal services and information technology support companies.

Roy has supported a range of customers to include commercial enterprises, non-profit organizations federal/civil agencies, Department of Defense and various three letter agencies in the Intelligence space.

Roy is responsible for the oversight and management of the state-side talent acquisition division, which includes developing and implementing recruiting processes and polices, partnering with technical subject matter experts and customer managers to proactively address, engage, solution and solve talent issues to maintain stringent recruitment service level agreements, as well as execution via identifying/sourcing qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions
